Hellevoetsluis, also known as Yaughties Paradise is known for both it’s medieval centre and its fantastic location close to the sea, the river and yet only 30 minutes away from Rotterdam, Botlek, Europoort and the gateway to the southern part of the Netherlands, Zeeland. Bars, restaurants, cafè’s and shops are in abundance within walking distance and therefore this lovely apartment is the best suitable for expats. The apartment recently underwent a complete renovation and it is seldom that a quality like this is available for the rental market. It has a spacious and comfortable living room with a open kitchen with all equipment built-in and a breakfast/lunch bar. The two full size bedrooms are nicely decorated and the bathroom has a walk-in shower and basin. The toilet is seperate and in the secure garage a parking space is available on demand, however, in the street there is ample parking space. It has a terrace alongside the entire length of the apartment. The monthly rent is € 1.750,00 and does not include utilities but does include cleaning service!
